This program is extremely easy to follow. Each training day has everything you need- no flipping around in the book! Simply open the book to your training day and go! All you need are two cones, an agility ladder, and a phone (to use as a stopwatch). In just 30 minutes, 2x/week for 12 weeks you will help your athlete fix the Awkward Run and become a FAST athlete.

This program is very simple to follow. Too often I see coaches overcomplicate training when in reality the athlete just needs to know the fundamentals. (Note: If you’re looking for a complicated training regimen, this program is NOT it.)
